Over the weekend I spent some time at Detroit's Heidelberg Project, created and enhanced daily by the brilliant Tyree Guyton. The project, which occupies a whole square City block, is something that's best experienced in person. There is so much to see and take in. I happen to love old tires and they are prevalent in this art project. This view kind of says to me that there is hope and beauty and illumination in this world...and you have to open your eyes wide sometimes to see it, but it's always there. I took this shot with my iphone4 and editied it on my phone to bring out the charm and brilliance of the sun. Have a wonderful day Friends!
